5 days: Palma, the Tramuntana, Sóller and one coast, by hire car

Day 1: La Seu, the old town lanes and Bellver Castle above the bay

Day 2: Valldemossa early, before the coaches, then Deià

Day 3: the train to Sóller, then a 40-minute walk to the port

Days 4-5: one coast, north for Formentor or east for the coves

Never Formentor and Sa Calobra on one day: each is a full day
